Every garment is made for you, then shipped with tracking.
Delivery time
Production of a made-to-measure garment takes 3-4 weeks from payment (or from receipt of your measurements if you chose to send them later). Delivery time depends on the method you choose:

In rare cases delivery can take longer because of fabric availability or events beyond our control. We will email you if your order is affected.
Separate parcels
Each shirt, suit or tie is made and packed individually. If you order several items they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. Every parcel has its own tracking number, shown on your order page.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the country of dispatch may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs office. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
