1. Orders

An order is a request to make garments to your specification. A contract is formed when we confirm payment by email. Prices include all selected options and are shown in the currency you selected.

2. Custom-made goods

Because garments are made to your measurements and design, they are excluded from standard statutory withdrawal rights where the law allows. Our fit guarantee applies instead.

3. Fit guarantee

If a garment made from your measurements does not fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will offer an alteration refund or a remake. The guarantee does not cover incorrect measurements that differ from the measurement guide, or standard-size orders where the size was chosen incorrectly.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Orders paid by bank transfer go into production when the funds arrive. Unpaid orders may be cancelled after 14 days.

5. Delivery

Delivery estimates are given in good faith. Risk passes to you on delivery. See the delivery page for details.

6. Gift certificates

Gift certificates are valid for all products, do not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash.
